TEXT: Zephaniah 3:17; Ephesians 3:17-19
INTRO: This Father's Day, we're reflecting on the unshakable truth that we are deeply loved by God-not because of what we do, but simply because we are His. Like a good father, God delights in His children. His love is the foundation for our identity and the fuel for how we live.
When we rest in His love, we are freed from striving and fear. Instead, we live in joyful obedience-not to earn His love, but because we already have it. Just like the Israelites built memorial stones after crossing the Jordan, we, too, must remember God's faithfulness and build markers of His love in our lives.
OUTLINE:
- The Foundation of His Love
- The Danger of Insecurity
- The Perfect Example
- Monuments of Faithfulness
Reflection Question:
Do I truly believe-deep in my heart-that God delights in me?
Action Step:
This week, take time to write down one or two "memorials" in your life-moments when God's love and faithfulness were especially clear. Share one with your family or a friend to encourage their faith.
